This Privacy Policy explains how Dimoxa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Dayly iOS app (the “App”). Please read it before using Dayly.

Product summary. Dayly is a local-first daily editing tool. You can plan Today, run Focus sessions, keep a Library scrapbook, review weekly Stats, and write Future Letters (time-sealed writing — not a countdown / deadline product). Content you create is stored on your device by default.

This build. Finance / ledger features are deferred and are not offered in the current App Store submission. Todo reminders may use system notifications and, on supported OS versions, AlarmKit.

By agreeing to this policy in the App (Privacy Gate) or by continuing to use Dayly after we notify you of material updates, you acknowledge this Policy.

1. No account

Dayly does not create a Dayly user account. You do not sign up with email or password inside the App. Support is by email only ([email protected]). Optional Pro purchases and iCloud sync use your Apple ID through Apple services; we do not operate a separate Dayly login.
