Why didn't VaultKey extract the text from my screenshot?

Text extraction relies entirely on Apple's native Vision framework. Accuracy depends heavily on image quality. If the screenshot is blurry, heavily stylized, or uses uncommon fonts, the OCR might fail. This is a system-level limitation, not an app bug.

I accidentally shredded a screenshot. Can you restore it?

No. SnapDetox does not have a hidden cloud backup. It can't, because it has no internet access.

When you swipe to delete, SnapDetox only sends a command to iOS to delete the file. The actual deletion is handled by Apple's system.

• Immediate rescue: Check your iOS native "Recently Deleted" album and hit "Recover".
• After 30 days: It is cryptographically shredded by iOS and gone forever. Always double-check the VaultKey extraction before swiping.

I paid, but the App is still locked.

Payments are processed by Apple, and there can occasionally be a slight sync delay between Apple's servers and your device.
